Job Descriptions:
A. Strategic HR & Workforce Advisory
- Partner with GM/OM/Division Head to align business strategies with people's strategies.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, including skills forecasting and succession planning.
- Provide insights on organizational design, culture, workforce risks, and capability gaps.
- Use market and HR analytics to support executive decision-making.
B. Talent Management, Skills & Development
- Drive skills-based development of roadmaps and internal mobility initiatives.
- Support leadership development and talent acceleration programs.
- Identify capability requirements for each investment project and co-create learning plans.
- Coach managers in performance management and employee experience strategies.
D. Organization & People Analytics
- Leverage HR dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled tools to track turnover, performance, and engagement.
- Provide business leaders with actionable insights for better people's decisions.
- Maintain datasets, dashboards, and project documentation.
E. Business Operations Support
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial drivers: P&L, revenue, AR/AP, manpower costs.
- Monitor operational bottlenecks and recommend workforce or process solutions.
F. Change Management & AI-Driven HR Transformation (10%)
- Support AI transformation of readiness and adoption within HR and project teams.
- Lead change management initiatives related to restructuring, digital transformation, and organizational shifts.
- Ensure ethical HR data use and mitigate risks related to AI and workforce changes.
Job Specifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Experience
- 5+ years HRBP, HR generalist, or strategic HR experience.
- Experience in investment, real estate, leasing, or project-based operations is an advantage.
- Experience applying HR analytics and AI-powered HR tools preferred.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HRBP frameworks, talent management, workforce planning, and organization design.
- Market and industry insight—especially investment, Commercial, and service industries.
- Understanding skills-based HR structures and agile organizations.
