- Lead architectural design concept, design development, construction drawing
- Prepare and review architectural drawing, specification & material selection.
- Ensure design work with local building code, regulation & industry standard.
- Resolve complex design and technical issues.
- Present design proposal and revision to clients
- Assign tasks and supervise architects, provide architect guidance.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or other relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of professional architectural
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Vray or rendering
- Strong knowlege of construction drawing, and materials.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use project
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
