Responsibility
1. Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the General Manager's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence and requests. and reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Serve as the primary contact point between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth operational workflow.
2. Enhance company rules and policies
- Ensure all income is properly reported to the Finance Team, including income from bartered or non-cash services.
- Ensure that all sales discounts or any matters exceeding the GM's authorization limit are properly documented and submitted for higher approval.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and ensure that all receivables outstanding for more than 30 days are confirmed with customers.
- Coordinate with and assist the Operations Team in completing all required forms and documentation for submission to the Finance Team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review all expenses for completeness before submitting to the GM by ensuring required supporting documents/into are attached.
- Assist the GM in monitoring operational compliance with internal processes and financial controls.
- Other tasks as assigned by GM and Top management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role (experience in a news broadcasting company is an advantage).
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
